We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Employee to join our team at a reputable bathroom installation company. As a Call Center Employee, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth communication between our company and our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, support our sales team and schedule appointments for bathroom installations.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Excellence: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and promptly, demonstrating a customer-centric approach. Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our bathroom installation services, products, pricing, promotions, and company policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Issue Resolution: Actively listen to customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to the relevant department when necessary. Strive to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Product Knowledge: Acquire a thorough understanding of our bathroom installation products, their features, benefits, and technical specifications. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings to effectively address customer queries and provide informed recommendations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as updating customer records and maintaining accurate call logs. Ensure the CRM system is updated with relevant customer information and interactions to facilitate seamless communication within the company.
  • Customer Follow-up: Conduct post-installation follow-up calls to gauge customer satisfaction, address any post-installation issues, and provide assistance or recommendations as needed. Actively seek customer feedback and suggestions to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including sales, installations, and management, to ensure open lines of communication and efficient resolution of customer inquiries. Share customer feedback and insights to contribute to the company's continuous improvement efforts.

Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
  • Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to accurately record customer information and schedule appointments.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience using call center software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues from different departments.
