Marketing Representative

Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and outgoing individual to join our team as a Marketing Representative. This role is responsible for representing our organization at various events, including trade shows, community fairs, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, will possess strong communication skills, creativity, and a passion for driving business growth.

Event Attendance and Participation:

• Represent the organization at assigned events, including setting up and dismantling event booths, displays, and promotional materials.
• Engage with event attendees in a friendly and approachable manner, providing information about our products/services, answering questions, and addressing inquiries.
• Distribute promotional materials, samples, and giveaways to event attendees to generate interest and drive brand awareness.
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying our organization's values and conveying our brand message consistently and effectively.

Lead Generation

• Proactively interact with event attendees to identify potential leads, prospects, and customers.
• Collect contact information and qualify leads through conversations, surveys, and sign-up forms.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and spokesperson at marketing events, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services to potential customers.
• Work closely with the marketing team and external vendors to develop event themes, messaging, and creative assets that align with brand objectives and target audience preferences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in event marketing, promotions, sales, or customer service is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences and build rapport quickly.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality with a passion for promoting products/services.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required for events.
